Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
It can be frustrating when the online purchase is not quite right, we know it, we offer a complete ‘no hindrance’ guarantee to all our customers. At Buildpersft.in, our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close to the real color of the product to the extent possible. Also, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly.
If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below and we will be happy to assist to return or cancel your purchase.
Returns are accepted only if,
- There is a mismatch in the Size/Dimension with comparison to the ordered materials/products.
- Wrong materials/products/colors were sent from the ordered list of items.
- Tampered materials/products were received (Valid only for products/materials which are sold in package along with a user manual).
- Defective items/malfunctioning materials/products are received (Valid only for products/materials which are sold in package along with a user manual).
- Materials/Products are missing as per the product display & specs (Valid only for products/ materials which are sold in package along with a user manual).
- Materials/products quality not matching with the claimed standards. (Note: In case, the materials need testing by third party agencies, all costs and effort to be borne by the buyer, including sending samples, testing charges and report collection)
- Notified to us within 24 hours on receipt of the order to our WhatsApp no. +91-99499 39049.
- Notified to us before unloading the open type of materials (that is without any packaging) at your end, for example bricks & blocks, designer/parking tiles, kerb stones and so on.
- In case of incomplete product/items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
If your goods/products are damaged or in any of the above conditions, we would be happy to assist you with the following options:
- Replacement with the right product OR
- Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value
- Refund of payment made by you (Possible only if we are not able to replace or exchange the goods/products)
All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Vendor/Manufacturer, if any or above conditions are satisfied.
Replacements will be done within 3-7 days of time from receipt of goods at the vendor/manufacturer facility and solely depends upon the availability of the materials/products.
We will schedule the process of pickup on acceptance your request for returns from our vendors/manufacturers.
Please WhatsApp us at +91-99499 39049 for replacements with your orderid, date of product purchased receipt and reasons for replacement within 24 hours of receipt of materials/goods.
Returns are NOT accepted if,
- Material/Product is used and after installation/application.
- Material/Product is tampered after received.
- Product Installation/application is not done by us and if Product is not installed according to user manual and results in damage/malfunctioning.
- Not notified within 24 hours on receipt of delivery to our WhatsApp no. +91-99499 39049.
- Partial Returns/Leftovers are not accepted(For Example,50SFT unused out of 500 SFT purchased are neither valid for Returns nor Exchange).
We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. Please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. - We will schedule a return pick up for the product.
- Upon return, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.
- Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched.
- For this 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.
For any refund of prepaid orders, we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
Cancellations are accepted only if,
- Ordered materials are NOT in-transit from the vendors/sellers/manufacturer.
- Ordered materials/products are NOT customized to suit the buyer (For Example, Custom sized/designed wall cushions or any other product/material cannot be cancelled).
- Shipment at buyer doorsteps cannot be cancelled for any reasons, other than mentioned in the returns above.
Cancellations are NOT accepted if,
- Product/Material installation/application is in process or after completion.
- Ordered materials/products are imported by the vendors/sellers based on the buyer order.
- Ordered materials/products are sourced under special orders after buyer placing an order.
- Ordered materials/products are customized to suit your requirements.
- Ordered materials/products are In-Transit.
- Ordered materials/products are Partial Returns/Leftovers.
